Built by analysts who got tired of watching great data go unused.

Data Progressive Services LLC was founded on a straightforward observation: most organizations collect the data they need to make better operational decisions — they just don't have the tools to act on it.

We started as a business intelligence consultancy, building custom dashboards, automated reports, and data pipelines for clients across regulated industries. Our work gave operations teams visibility into their performance — but visibility alone rarely changes behavior.

The turning point came when we began seeing the same pattern across multiple clients: their schedules — maintenance windows, staffing rotations, capital deployment cycles — were being built manually, without any model of constraints or demand. The cost of that gap was measurable and significant.

We built the Operations Optimization Scheduler to close it. A purpose-built tool that takes the inputs that exist in every operations team — resource list, budget, demand pattern, constraints — and produces a defensible, quantitatively optimal schedule with a single click.

Today, schedule optimization consulting is our primary service. We still build BI tools and custom reports for clients who need them.
